What's more, most of this money will no doubt go to idle scroungers who have nothing better to do than hang about the streets waiting for money to fall from the sky. No doubt they will immediately spend it on iphones, plasma tvs and foreign holidays. Decent, hardworking landlords like myself won't see a penny.
